PHOENIX CHINESE WEEK The three-day festival celebrates the 20th anniversary of Phoenix Chinese Week and the Chinese lunar new year, the year of the tiger. The Chinese Cultural Village features a Chinese Inventions and History booth, a Taipei dragon boat display, food and a Chinese New Year’s banquet. A children’s pavilion also features hands-on arts and crafts, including paper cutting and folding. Chinese New Year is celebrated on the first day of the first lunar moon.
