The three-day festival features 165 juried artists, food and chocolates. There is fine wine-tasting for $10. Live musical performances include "Segovia of the Stick" Bob Culbertson, Hawaiian music from guitarist Patrick Ki and smooth jazz from saxophonist Mark Maxwell. An extension of Artlink's First Friday monthly art walk, the Third Friday event gives patrons another opportunity to visit the art galleries, shops, restaurants and bars that make downtown Phoenix a unique destination. The social street fair atmosphere isn’t as prevalent as on First Fridays, but artists and gallerists host wine and cheese receptions, and the air still feels festive. Must-sees on Roosevelt include a quirky collective called Five15 arts (515 E. Roosevelt Street; (602)256-0150; www.515arts.com), the more sophisticated eye lounge (419 E.
