Located along Main Street and Marshall Way in Scottsdale, Downtown, between Fifth Avenue on the north and Main Street on the south, and between Scottsdale Civic Center on the east, and Goldwater Boulevard on the west.
The three-day festival features 165 juried artists, food and chocolates. There is fine wine-tasting for $10. Live musical performances include "Segovia of the Stick" Bob Culbertson, Hawaiian music from guitarist Patrick Ki and smooth jazz from saxophonist Mark Maxwell. Downtown Carefree, near the corner of Easy and Ho Hum streets. Parking is free.

An extension of Artlink's First Friday monthly art walk, the Third Friday event gives patrons another opportunity to visit the art galleries, shops, restaurants and bars that make downtown Phoenix a unique destination.
