In this episode of into the Soup, we hang out with one of the coolest Chefs in town, Glenn Humphrey. Glenn is the Placement Director and former Basics Instructor at the Arizona Culinary Institute. Chef Glenn took time out of his busy day to teach Heidi how to make homemade pasta and chicken piccata. Glenn is a renowned chef with a cult following of his own, and anyone that knows him well just loves the guy! So sit back and relax and enjoy this Chef Spotlight video.

 

In this 14 minute into the Soup Spotlight video, Heidi learns the techniques behind world-class sushi making from one of the best, "Sushi" Jeff of Sushi on a Roll in San Diego, CA. We visit him in his sushi dojo where he conducts classes and private events. This is a cool place for a really cool guy. We learned a lot and had a great time with Jeff and his buddies at Sushi on a Roll. This is a must see video.

This Chef Spotlight is an 8 min clip from our Pagosa Springs, CO trip. Here we learn to make Stuffed Tilapia with Chef Ross Fraser. Chef Fraser used to cook for the British Royal family, but we found him at the Keyah Grande Resort.

In this vignette, we profile Chef Joshua Hebert and his restaurant POSH. Joshua is competing in the C-CAP Heavy Medal contest on September 21 at the Scottsdale JW Marriott. The proceeds go to send at-risk kids to culinary school. Check out this unique, improvisational restaurant.
